This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Eight Hour Club.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on non-working days, will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We use a range of trusted third-party delivery partners to fulfil our orders. The carrier selected may vary depending on destination, order size, and operational considerations.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, or courier disruptions. Eight Hour Club is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner.

Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for your order passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct when placing your order. Eight Hour Club cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Northern Ireland Orders

Orders shipping to Northern Ireland are fulfilled from within the UK and should not incur additional duties or taxes. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
