By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Eight Hour Club sells a magnesium-based hot chocolate food supplement designed to support your evening routine.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information and images are accurate and up to date.

Please note:

  • Product packaging and appearance may occasionally vary from website images.
  • Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Individual experiences and results may vary.
  • Always follow the recommended serving instructions and any warnings provided on the packaging.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed between you and Eight Hour Club.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the unavailable items.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a genuine reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

4. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may update our prices or introduce promotions at any time. However, changes will not affect orders we have already accepted, except where agreed with you or required by law.

Discount codes and promotional offers may have additional conditions, which will be communicated alongside the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it, except where you independently arrange your own carrier.

If your order is lost, damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at michael@eighthourclub.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Subscriptions

Eight Hour Club offers a Subscribe & Save option, allowing customers to receive products automatically at their selected delivery frequency.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

The price, discount, billing frequency and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you subscribe.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting michael@eighthourclub.com.

Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next order is processed to prevent that order from being charged and dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, our standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

We will notify you of material changes to your subscription pricing or terms in advance, and explain your options.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these subscription terms.

7. Returns, Refunds and Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Eight Hour Club.

That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you've tried our product and it isn't for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Our voluntary guarantee is separate from, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

Certain exceptions may apply, including to qualifying sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will provide the refunds required by law, including applicable standard delivery charges.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described product, you are entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer law.
